Shipping policy

We ship using Royal Mail only. Every order is sent with tracking. UK customers can choose free Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Premium Royal Mail Tracked 24. All items are securely packed using bubble wrap and premium packaging to keep your order safe in transit.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. We do not dispatch on Sundays. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking link by email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it. If it’s still missing, contact us and we will resend it.

For UK orders, Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer during bank holidays or if the Post Office is closed.

We also ship to selected European countries using Royal Mail International Tracked. EU orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and usually arrive within 5 to 12 working days, depending on the destination country. All EU orders include full tracking.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, including your house number. Many delays happen because customers forget their house number. If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, double check that your saved address is complete. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

Digital Products

Digital products are not shipped. They are delivered by email shortly after purchase. Check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder. If you do not receive your file within 10 minutes, contact us and we will resend it.
