Refund policy
We do not offer returns if you change your mind or if the item is working as described. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless something goes wrong with delivery.
You are only eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged or if your order does not arrive at all. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email us at vanguardpris@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @rfplug with your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem.
If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Items that are functioning correctly and match the description are not eligible for return.
Before purchasing, please carefully review all product photos and descriptions. If you need more pictures or videos, contact us on Instagram before placing your order.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered by email. Once a digital file has been sent, the sale is final. Digital items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.
After purchase, your file is sent within minutes. Check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, contact us and we will resend it.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct email at checkout.
